Trejour Monroe (pronounced Treasure), is an up and coming talent that the entertainment industry will embrace for years to come. Not only is she multi-talented with the knowledge of producing, composing and performing her own works, but she is also a sensational personality!!! Trejour was born and raised in a small city in the state of New Jersey known as Hackensack. There at a very young age she discovered her talent for song and was praised for her vocal capabilities, she says "I can remember as a child growing up and belting out spiritual songs in my church’s angelic choir and moving people to tears and feeling a rush of achievement after I would perform!!! Sometimes I didn’t even know my own capabilities when it came to performing it just came out!!! High c notes and all”. In early 2004 Trejour had her ups and downs with the music business given countless offers of project opportunities that somehow never fell through. Therefore, she decided to take matters into her own hands and began writing music through her life’s experiences. With sour relationships and her found womanhood, she began composing an intense album which would display all the drama and sexiness she had experienced thus far in her adult life.
